Pricing: Our basic package is $8,500 - $25,000 (depending on select podcasts). This includes a sponsorship of 4 minimum podcasts aligned to your target audience, 14+ new episodes, spread out over four to eight weeks, and an ICP Podcast Targeting Campaign on LinkedIn. Pricing reflects the types of podcasts we bundle for you and includes all coordination, approvals management, writing/recording, reporting, LinkedIn ad campaign execution, etc.

Why do I need to submit an inquiry?

We do not have infinite podcast ad spots available to provide sponsorship opportunities for everyone. On average, we only run one ad on a podcast for a duration of 4 - 12 weeks.

What makes your process different than other networks or agencies?


We thoughtfully handpick reputable b2b, Saas, tech, HR, Sales, cyber security, web3 and other industry podcasters in our community. All of our podcasters have a podcast that is rated 10% or higher, have published at least 30 episodes, and have built a loyal following. We're also big into tracking and measuring the performance of our campaigns. Custom UTM links are provided to each podcaster so you can see which podcasts are driving quality traffic to your site. Video ads are created for podcasts with a YouTube channel. And we execute a podcast ad + ICP Targeting Campaign on LinkedIn on your behalf - this is a game changer!

How can I measure the impact of the campaign?


We will provide (or your team) UTM tracking links that each podcaster will use when inserting a CTA for your brand for each episode. Also, we will provide other suggestions on how to gauge the performance of the campaign.

What kind of results can we expect?


Reach new audiences and generate quality leads (as determined by UTM tracking links and qualitative survey data) in as little as two weeks.

Where can I learn about the audience demographics of the podcasts?


We will provide detailed information about each podcast's audience, average monthly downloads, and the host when we send out a proposal. Information will also include details about their newsletter (if they have one) and links to their podcast, LinkedIn profile, and newsletter. The majority of our podcasters have a global podcast rating of 10% or better, have had at least 30 episodes published, and have 5k or more LinkedIn followers.

Will you help us create the ad?


We're happy to craft an ad that you can provide feedback for. If you'd like, you can provide key points such as the value proposition, taglines, and positioning statements.


While the typical pre-recorded ad averages just 27 seconds, our host-read mid-roll ads are approximately 45-60 seconds in length. Our host-read pre-roll ads are around 15-20 seconds.

Do you also create video ads for YouTube podcasts?


Yes! Several of our podcasters have a YouTube channel. So, we've started creating video ads (for free) on behalf of our sponsors for these shows. With YouTube now being the most popular destination for podcast consumption, it's imperative that you work with podcasts that are also on YouTube. My name is Eric Melchor. I'm a former growth marketer, podcast host, and have executed innovative podcast ad campaigns on behalf of clients such as Dealfront, Cocoon, Nasuni, Planable, and others. You absolutely do not have to work with me, but helping brands grow through podcasting has been one of the biggest successes in my career.

You will have access to a live Google sheet where you can see links to the recordings and approximate time stamps where your ad is placed.

Can I be a guest on one of the podcasts featured in the Network?


Possibly! While we cannot promise that you will be featured as a guest, each podcast host can decide if they'd like to interview you for their podcast.
